What is a refill store?

Good question. A refill store, or refillery, is a shop where you can refill your shampoo or hand soap (and many other things) for example, instead of buying the single-use plastic bottle each time.

Can I bring my own container?

Yes! You can use your own (clean) bottle, jar, mug, pickle jar, empty shampoo bottle… Get creative, no need to purchase anything new. Any container that closes securely enough to get your products home safely. Plastic laundry jugs with the built in handle and spigot are especially durable and great for refilling. We also offer a selection of bottles, jars, sprayers and travel tubes if you forgot your jars.

What kind of products do you sell?

We carry bath, body and home products sold by the ounce, from shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, oils, surface cleaner, laundry soap, dish soap, hand soap, window cleaner, wood polish and much more. All the products in the store are similar to or higher quality than what you would find in the organic section of the grocery store - non-toxic, mostly vegan and/or organic. We also offer sustainable products packaged in glass, metal and paper - all aimed at reducing single-use plastic.

Return policy

PACKAGED PRODUCTS are accepted for a refund on full-priced, unused products in the original, undamaged packaging within 30 days only. Sale products are final sale. Food items are final sale.

BULK PRODUCTS you may return bulk refill items for partial value store credit. Value will be determined by Fill & Refill. Once a product is refilled into your personal container we cannot resell that product, so as a small shop, we encourage you to start with small amounts of product to make sure it works for you.
